Blue Sky Capital Partners

Side project / 2015–2017

Blue Sky Capital Partners was the vehicle for trying to buy mobile home parks in the Midwest. We flew to Missouri, walked properties, interviewed managers, measured concrete pads, and sent the seller a signed purchase agreement.

Months of diligence changed the economics at Rustic Meadows. The seller rejected our new position, so we ended the deal and protected our earnest money.
