GM Subscription and Direct to Consumer, Atlanta / 2022

At Wahoo I ran subscription and direct to consumer, a $40M+ e-commerce business. We improved the subscription attachment rate by 20% through a new commerce experience and lifecycle marketing on first-party data, delivered the Zwift commercial integration, and cut the total cost of the subscription business by over 40%.
