The leasing agent says she has everything she needs for a studio near 13th and Pearl in Denver. She still has to generate the lease, send it over, and get the signatures in place.
I replied from my phone that the date worked.
That reply accepts February 10 as the proposed move-in date. It does not replace the lease that still needs to arrive.
Two weeks ago I was looking at several small apartments and asking what was available. I am living in Cherry Creek and want to change the setup. One listing called the smallest option a "buffet unit," which is a wonderfully strange name for very little space.

I am not buying or renovating anything. I am trying to rent a smaller Denver apartment while working at Beatport and taking consulting jobs at night.
Money is tight enough that I have also been asking data centers about night shifts. The apartment decision is happening inside that same search for another job.
I do not have a signed lease or keys. I have a unit approved far enough for the agent to prepare the lease, and I have accepted the date she proposed.
The next step is the actual document. If the terms match what we discussed and the signatures happen, the move-in date will be February 10.
Until then, I have the agent's confirmation, my answer from the phone, and an apartment moving into paperwork.
